RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Anoushka, you can return an item to us within 30 days of receiving your original order. If you don't like what you bought, it doesn't fit you like expected, or if it doesn't put a smile on your face, you have the option to return your order the same way we delivered it to you, and we will refund the price you purchased your item at, back through your original payment method.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our hands, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get lost or damaged on the way!

We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Please note that the shipping costs for exchange or returns are on your own account.

· STEPS TO RETURN AN ITEM

• Open your account at www.mundoanoushka.com
• Click Order History and Details and select the corresponding order you wish to return.
• Click the Details button and scroll down to see the details of your order.
• Here you will find the title MERCHANDISE RETURN and below the details on how to start the Return process.
• Once you select the item(s) you wish to return, please enter the reason for return and click: "Make an RMA slip”
• Now all you have to do is send us the item(s) your wish to return to the following address:

• Once we have received the package and everything is correct, with the corresponding tags like we sent it to you, we will refund the amount of the returend items the same way you paid us. (PayPal or bank transfer).

· STEPS TO CHANGE AN ITEM(S)

• Open your account at www.mundoanoushka.com
• Click Order History and Details and select the corresponding order you wish to change.
• Click the Details button and scroll down to see the details of your order.
• Here you will find the title MERCHANDISE RETURN and below the details on how to start the Change process.
• Once you select the item(s) you wish to change, please enter the reason for change together with as much details of the change as possible, size, colour, other item name, etc. and click: "Make an RMA slip”
• Now all you have to do is send us the item(s) your wish to return to the following address:

• Once we have received the package and everything is correct, with the corresponding tags like we sent it to you, we will proceed to the change process of the item you selected in the correct size colour or any other change detail.

A new order will be generated for the change you have requested, in order for you to make the payment for the shipping costs via Paypal or Bank Transfer (not available in all countries), you can choose the payment method, but please let us know how you would like to pay on prior notice.
