The shipping costs will vary according to the total weight of the package form of delivery (express or pick up point etc.) and the destination.

WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF DELIVERY?

At Anoushka we offer various forms of delivery so you can choose the one that best fits your needs:

· CERTIFIED STANDARD DELIVERY:
You will receive a tracking number to follow your package. The carrier will deliver your package at the address you provided when placing your order, and will leave you a note of absence in case you are not home.

· EXPRESS DELIVERY (INTERNATIONAL):
You will receive a tracking number to follow your package (not certified). The carrier will deliver your package at the address you provided when placing your order, and will leave you a note of absence in case you are not home.

· PICK UP POINT: 
You will receive a tracking number to follow your package.
The carrier will send you a notice, mail or sms to inform you when you can go and collect your package at the pick up point you have chosen when you placed your order. Please do so within 15 days. +INFO

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the status of your order is listed as "Sent" you can enter your Account to find the tracking number, if you can't find it or if it doesn't show, please don't hesitate to contact us.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?

Customers are responsible for the charges of customs and import duties of their country in case it applies. Depending on the country you live in you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Unfortunately we cannot tell you the costs of these charges as it depends on the total weight and the policies of your destination country.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Given Spain is the current location of our warehouses, our online store delivers to customers all over the WORLD (except for those countries with some impairment or restrictions for purchases abroad).
